It’s recommended to play on the easiest difficulty. The game is still enjoyable on easy and it eliminates fall damage which will make traversing the climbing sections more enjoyable. You can already start working on all the other side tasks and Collectibles as you go through the game, but for some of them you might not have enough Stamina on the first visit. Glitched trophies: There are reports of basically any trophy potentially glitching out, but they are isolated and rare cases (most players have no issues).

Technically, “Look, No Hands!” could also be missed if you’ve already completed all Vaults (they close after finding all items in them), but this trophy should come naturally before then. So be sure to make a Manual Save when the game warns you of the Point of No Return.
